La Table du Moulin, rated « Bib gourmand » by the Michelin guide
A « bistronomic » cuisine
At the head of La Table du Moulin is Stéphane Nouailles, who has worked with some of the biggest names, from Georges Blanc to Bernard Loiseau , not to mention Ducasse. Born in Corrèze, he is back on home territory to share his love of good local food with the diners he welcomes each day to La Roche l'Abeille.
Stéphane Nouailles has been working with Pierre Bertranet for a number of years. The two men share a common attitude , the same values and an insistence on the best ingredients, for the greater pleasure of their guests and tourists passing though the Limousin.
What gives the edge to La Table du Moulin is its shared wine list with Le Moulin de La Gorce. You can be sure to find the best wines in France, carefully chosen and well looked-after, a perfect complement to your meal.
